At the same conference, Joseph Feller, Pat Finnegan, and Olof Nilsson presented a paper entitled “Opening Public Administration: Exploring Open Innovation Archetypes and Business Model Impacts”
Finally, Pat Finnegan and co-author Lorraine Morgan (LERO) presented a paper entitled “Deciding on Open Innovation: An Exploration of How Firms Create and Capture Value with Open Source Software.”
